Job duties:
1, responsible for the preparation of product processing and assembly process, the preparation of the work instruction, and import ERP system, will do the process budget;
2, to understand the material heat treatment and surface treatment process; familiar with the car, milling, grinding process, to understand the advanced processing technology;
3, responsible for the process of production process control;
4, responsible for product production process, process standards and the implementation of the process of abnormal situation analysis, to solve the problem of on-site process;
5, responsible for the formulation and modification of the product parts of the material consumption quota and working hours;
6, responsible for the workshop process of scientific integration and technological transformation;
7, responsible for new materials, new technology, new technology application;
8, analyze the customer complaints of product quality problems, formulate, implement the corrective and preventive measures.
Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above;
2, with the hydraulic industry in the high-end valve manufacturing industry is preferred;
3. Familiar with CAD AUTO;

Sales Engineer
Job description:
1 to join the Norma hydraulic sales team, first realize the value of life, so as to achieve the success of the enterprise.
2 responsible for product sales, develop new customers, and expand the market with sales team, maintain and enhance the existing customer relationship, and can communicate with customers;
3 to develop the sales plan and related details, to complete the sales target;

5 to understand customer needs, collect market information, develop new customers, expand market business;

Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree, major in mechanical or hydraulic.
2, hydraulic parts sales experience for 2 years, has the following sales experience is preferred:
A. brand counterparts (such as MOOG, Parker, Rexroth, Vickers, HAWE, SAUER-DANFOSS, ATOS) product sales experience;
B. servo valve, proportional valve, proportional valve sales experience;
C. familiar with metallurgy, electric power, injection molding, forging, precision machine tools, engineering machinery, mining entry driving machine, bending machine, ceramic presses, hydraulic testing machine, such as hydraulic industry sales experience;
D. has the experience in the sales of hydraulic products in the metallurgical design institute.
3, skilled use of PC and network resources, familiar with the application of OFFICE and AutoCAD and other software;
4, to understand the financial tax knowledge, familiar with the after-sales service knowledge, proficient in business process;
5, the sales consciousness is sensitive, the mentality is clear, the understanding is high, can communicate with the different character of the customer and be familiar with.
6, keen on sales work, willing to accept the challenge, good language skills and communication skills;
