Product Overview
RTVB0014 cylinder balance valve, also known as load holding valve, prevents the cylinder from accidentally extending or retracting in case
of system failure, avoiding safety accidents. The installation method is flange connection, each cylinder needs to install 2 balance valves.Working principle and technical characteristics
RTVB0014 cylinder balancing valve is generally two- - group with the use. The main valve 1, relief valve 2 and check valve 3 are set in parallel. When the
hydraulic oil is reversed through control valve I, the check valve 3 of balancing valve I enters the rod less cavity of cylinder IV, while the pressure oil is
led to the pilot cavity P port of balancing valve II through the Vl port of balancing valve I. The pressure increase 2 makes the main valve 1 of balancing
valve I open, and the cylinder IV has a rod cavity to return oil. The damping piston device of main valve 1 can form a cushion in the opposite direction
of motion, which can reduce overshoot and vibration in motion. When there is an occasional failure in the inlet cavity and the pressure is cut off, the
pressure at the P port of the pilot cavity on the other side is then cut off, the balancing valve spool is closed, the return cavity is cut off, and the cylinder
piston is kept still to ensure load safety.
Technical characteristics:
•Tapered valve structure, line sealing method to ensure low leakage;
• No pilot ratio, can realize pilot independent control;
• Damping and buffering device to avoid overshoot;
• The relief valve is connected in parallel with the main oil circuit, and the system pressure can be adjusted independently.
