      Product Overview

      The RT-LHDV33BP is a one-way counterbalance valve for constant load direction that effectively stops actuator vibration caused by lifting, 
      oscillating, rotating or suddenly changing from full speed to crawling speed. 
      The RT-LHDV33BP achieves control by throttling the return oil to the actuator. It always generates a back pressure slightly higher than the load 
      pressure. This back pressure is always generated at a negative load. If the load is positive, the load acts in the opposite direction to the hydraulic 
      pressure and the counterbalance valve will open fully, allowing the return to flow freely. 
      The LHDV type valve can effectively intervene in a vibration circuit that may be caused by the hydraulic cylinder driving the load, the flow regulating 
      valve of the reversing valve or the pressure/flow regulator of the variable pump. Its vibration damping performance is more adaptable and the damping 
      effect can be accurately adjusted.

       

      Working principle and technical characteristics

      When the load rises, that is, when the direction of action of the hydraulic cylinder is opposite to the direction of the load, the direction offluid flow from 
      F to V, the check valve opens, the fluid flows freely. When the load is falling, that is, when the direction of action of the hydraulic cylinder is the same as 
      the direction of the load, the direction of fluid flow from V to F, Sis the control port. When there is no control oil input to Sport, the load is locked. When 
      the control oil is input to the Sport, the spool of the counterbalance valve is pushed to move, so that the liquid flow in the direction ofVto F can flow.

       

      Technical characteristics:

      The main spool of the LHDV counterbalance valve adopts a slide valve throttling structure; the pilot oil is de pressurized by a hydraulic damping bridge, 
      and the closing characteristics of the main spool are controlled by a separate adjustable flow orifice. The hydraulic damping bridge consisting of check 
      valve, pre-pressure valve, threaded orifice and throttle orifice can slightly delay and weaken the violent movement of the spool and rapid pressure 
      relief, which will effectively stop the vibration caused by starting, stopping or suddenly changing from full speed to crawling speed.
