    • Bidirectional balancing valve RT-LHDV33-21

      RT-LHDV33-21 is a bidirectional balancing valve used for alternating load direction changes. It is mainly applicable in situations where the actuator suddenly stops without causing a significant impact. The opening of V1 to F1 and V2 to F2 can be controlled through the internal oil circuit without the need for additional control oil circuits.

      Working principle:
      When the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder is opposite to the load direction, the liquid flow direction is from F1 to V1. The check valve opens and the oil flows freely. When the action direction of the hydraulic cylinder is the same as the load direction, the liquid flow direction is from V1
      To F1, F2 are the control ports. When no control oil is input to port F2, the load is locked. When control oil is input at port F2, it pushes the valve core of the balance valve to move, allowing the liquid to flow in the direction from V1 to F1.
      And vice versa.

       

      Technical features:
      The main valve core of the LHDV type balance valve adopts a spool valve throttling structure. The pilot oil is depressified through the hydraulic damping bridge and the closing characteristics of the main valve core are controlled by a separate adjustable flow hole. By the check valve
      The hydraulic damping bridge composed of the back pressure valve, adjustable throttle valve and damping hole can slightly delay and weaken the violent movement and rapid pressure relief of the valve core, which will effectively prevent sudden starts, stops or sudden changes
      The vibration caused when switching from full speed to crawling speed.
