Three-way Servo Proportional
Cartridge ValvesRT-SPCV
The three-way servo-proportional cartridge valve can be used for closed-loop control of speed and pressure. The valve consists of an integrated
amplifier ①, position sensor②, valve block③, main valve sleeve④, main spool⑤, and pilot valve⑥· Both the main spool and pilot spool have LVDT
position sensors for precise control of the spool position. The main valve has a cartridge valve construction and is capable of passing large flow rates at
a pressure drop of 5 bar. It can be used for directional control and speed control.
Mainly used in: injection molding machines, blow molding machines, ceramic presses, medium-sized shears, hard mold casting machines, plate rolling
equipment, etc.internal structure and description
l>Thetwo pilot control areas of the main spool⑤ are the same, and are
sealed by sealing materials containing wear-resistant metal materials
for good sealing and long life.
2>The main spool action is controlled by the high frequency sound
servo proportional valve⑥ through PA and PB cavities
3>The main valve AB cavity is cut off and sealed by the spool valve
sleeve sealing cone⑧
4>The pressure balance between the two ends of the main spool is
ensured by the flow channel hole （7） in the main spool.
5>The main spool position is detected by the position sensor@ and
transmitted to the amplifier
6>Integrated amplifier ① realizes closed-loop control of main spool
and pilot valve

7>When there is no control signal, Main valve oil circuit P➔A (due to 3
pilotvalveX➔PB in case of power failure)
8>Installation jack conforms to ISO 7368
