On 2024 April 26, the inauguration ceremony of Hunan Radk-Tech Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd.'s intelligent factory was held in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone. Xiao Zhengbo, member of the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal Committee, attended the ceremony and announced the official launch of the intelligent factory. Jiao Zongxia, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor at Beihang University; Du Xudong, chairman of the China Hydraulic Pneumatic Sealing Industry Association; and Fu Xuming, secretary of the Party Working Committee and secretary of the Changsha County Committee of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, attended and delivered speeches. Wu Zhaoshu, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Cao Yong, chairman of Shanghai Radk-Tech Hydraulic Control System Co., Ltd., attended the launching ceremony.
Hydraulics is known as the "muscle" of mechanical equipment. For many years, high-end hydraulic components have been the "crown jewels" of China's equipment manufacturing industry and a key area for overcoming "bottleneck" problems. Shanghai Radk-Tech Hydraulic Control System Co., Ltd. is a national specialized and new "small giant" enterprise producing high-performance electro-hydraulic servo valves, proportional valves, proportional multi-way valves, and threaded cartridge valves, among other high-end hydraulic components. It has successfully replaced imported high-end core control valves, is a domestic supplier of special ground mobile equipment, holds a leading position in the high-end hydraulic control valve segment in China, and its products are widely used in various domestic engineering machinery, industrial equipment, electric forklifts, coal machinery, agricultural machinery, aerial work platforms, and many other fields.
Hunan Radk-Tech Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Radk-Tech Hydraulic Control System Co., Ltd. covering approximately 50 acres， with a total investment of 350 million yuan Construction officially commenced in December 2022, with the main body completed at the end of 2023, with a construction area of 40,000 square meters ， and an annual production capacity of 1 billion yuan This project fills the gap in the core components of electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valves and bus multi-way valves in the hydraulic component segment of Hunan's engineering machinery industry chain. The new factory has now completed decoration, equipment installation, and debugging, and is expected to achieve an output value of 110 million yuan in 2024.
